Glyph Garden

Glyph Garden looks like a simple match puzzle at first, but it quickly adds rules that change how you read the board. Symbols connect by shape and by direction, so a move that seems obvious often sets up a worse position two turns later.

The campaign introduces each new mechanic carefully, which I appreciated — nothing gets dumped on you all at once. By the midgame I was planning combos several moves deep and grinning when they paid off.

It's generous with hints if you want them and ruthless with the optional challenge levels if you don't. A smart, tidy puzzle game that respects your intelligence.
